Terms of Service

By creating an account or playing on Zipangu v117 ("Zipangu", "the server", "we") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for your account and everything done with it. Keep your password private — we will never ask for it.

One account per player. Sharing, selling or trading accounts is not allowed.

We may suspend or permanently ban accounts that break these rules, without prior notice.

Cheating of any kind — hacks, bots, macros, packet editing, exploiting bugs or client modification — is prohibited and enforced by our RustHS anti-cheat.

Real-money trading (RMT) of items, mesos or accounts is prohibited.

Abusing a bug instead of reporting it may result in a ban. Report bugs on our Discord.

Donations are voluntary contributions that help cover server costs. Donation rewards are virtual goods with no real-world value.

All donations are final and non-refundable. Chargebacks or payment disputes result in a permanent ban of the associated account.

No harassment, hate speech, scamming, impersonating staff, or advertising other servers — in-game, on the forum, or on Discord.

Zipangu is a free fan service provided "as is". We do our best to keep it online 24/7, but we do not guarantee uptime, data persistence or that the service will continue indefinitely.

We may update these terms at any time; continued play means you accept the updated terms.
